Dunki continues to impress at the box office, earning 23 crores on its fifth day. After a fantastic Sunday, where it brought in 30.70 crores, expectations were high for Monday. Many anticipated another strong day with over 25 crores in collections.

However, the close of the extended weekend saw fewer night show attendees than expected. Despite this slight dip, the film has several weekends ahead to recover any lost ground.

Positive Trends Needed

To maintain momentum, it’s crucial for Dunki to have a minimal drop on Tuesday. Ideally, a decrease of 40%-50% compared to Friday’s earnings, which were 20.12 crores, would be acceptable. A score of 13-14 crores would have been perfect, but given current trends, it seems challenging. Nonetheless, a double-digit score on Tuesday is still achievable.

Impressive Five-Day Total

So far, the Shah Rukh Khan starrer has amassed 128.63 crores in just five days. With three more days left in this extended Week One, surpassing the 150 crore mark looks promising. Achieving this milestone by Wednesday would be particularly significant, as it would reflect an impressive performance in a traditional one-week run.
